Replacements for Items Damaged During Shipping (if applicable) Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, upon receipt of damaged goods, please use a smartphone or camera to take photos and/or videos detailing the damaged items and submit the files along with a written description to email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email, and please note that maximum file size for email attachments is 50KB.
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 5 business days after receipt of initial customer email. Within this period, you can expect to receive an email from Intention Garden outlining next steps for rectifying the situation.
You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement items.
